Tuition & Fees
Most Esperanza College students who qualify for full Federal and State Grants will have a balance of approximately $1,000 per semester, with the exception of first semester students. The $1,000 balance includes books for the whole semester.
For those students who do not qualify for full Federal and State grants, there are subsidized and unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loans. Please view our alternative loan information.
Eastern University gives an automatic grant to ALL STUDENTS that covers almost ½ of the total tuition. This is only for students in the Esperanza College Associates Degree Program.
There is an additional ONE-TIME first semester charge of about $1,400 to $1,500, which includes (1) a TOEFL Exam Fee (for students in the Spanish Track only), (2) Eastern University Fees for new students, and (3) a laptop computer. The approximate cost breakdown for these ONE-TIME FEES is as follows:
TOEFL Exam Fee: $119
Laptop Computer (approximated cost):$1,200
Eastern University's General Expense Deposit: $150
Eastern University's Transcript Fee (Lifetime): $45
