Dr. David Hurtado is the Director of the Department of Business, Media, and Technology. He has close to 30 years of experience working as an entrepreneur; media writer, producer, distributor, strategist, executive, and consultant; transmedia storyteller; and in higher education. His passion is to use transmedia storytelling,  technology, business, entrepreneurship, and education to help transform communities one life at a time with God’s love. In addition to working and teaching in the U.S., he’s had the opportunity to work and teach throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and online. He counts it a privilege to be able to come alongside you and help you succeed as you prepare to achieve your dreams and calling. Dr. Hurtado is originally from Bolivia, grew up in Florida, and lives in Philadelphia.

Dr. Chester Branch

Dr. Branch is an author, screenwriter, digital-media marketing strategist, transmedia architect, and digital social media producer with 10 years of experience in the media industry. He has worked as a digital and social media producer at Superbook.tv for the last seven years. He has a doctorate in strategic leadership with a focus on narrative concepts, digital media strategy, and transmedia education from Regent University School of Business & Leadership, a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting and a Master of Arts in Directing from Regent University School of Communication and the Arts, a Bachelor’s in Film and Theatre from St. Augustine’s University, and a Certificate in Digital and Social Media Marketing from Hubspot.

Professor Bruce Savage


Professor Savage has over 10 years of experience in digital storytelling, media production, and as a professional photographer. He has comprehensive experience with all aspects of video production and post-production. He has worked as a television director, editor, camera operator, and digital media specialist. In his former career he was an administrator for the Philadelphia Department of Human Services. This experience translates well to organizing all the moving parts necessary when creating quality media productions. He has a B.A. in Psychology and Broadcasting, and a Master of Arts in Teaching.
