Eligibility
- 11th and 12th grade high school students who attend a School District of Philadelphia public school or a partnering Charter High School. – Download Dual Enrollment Flyer
Dual Enrollment Requirements
- High School Transcript / Cumulative 3.0 GPA Required
- Guidance Counselor Referral Letter
- Parental or Guardian Consent
- Email all documents to ecinfo@eastern.edu
Application Process (New Students)
- Complete an online application by July 20th – Apply Here
- Please select “Dual Enrollment High School Student” as your Program Selection
- Complete Pre-Enrollment forms – Click Here
Returning Students
- In order to qualify as a returning dual enrollment student, you must pass your current dual enrollment courses and be in good standing with attendance.
- Returning students do not need to complete a new application to continue the dual enrollment program for the next semester.
- However, returning students do need to complete “The High School Dual Enrollment Intent to Return Form” for each semester – Intent to Return Form
Fall 2026 Course Offerings & Registration
- Students are eligible to register for 1 or 2 Courses per semester (Fall or Spring)
- Fall 2026 Course Registration deadline is August 10th, 2026

Fall 2026 Semester Dates & Times
- March 30, 2026 – Registration Open Date
- August 3-5, 2026 – New Student Orientation
- August 10, 2026 – First day of classes
- August 21, 2026 – Last day to add/drop
- October 9, 2026 – Mid-Semester Warning
- November 24, 2026 – Last day to withdraw without academic penalty
- November 30 – December 10, 2026 – Finals Week
