The Esperanza English Institute  

  • Esperanza’s English classes teach: reading, writing, grammar, speaking, listening and civics Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
  • There are three sessions every year: January, May, and September
  • We offer 5 levels of study
  • Professional Instructors-not volunteers
  • CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN CLASS
  • Pathway to your studies at Esperanza College (bilingual program available)

Cost Of Registration Per Session 

  • $300 per session which includes books
  • Payment plans are available for an additional $10
  • $150.00 non-refundable deposit is due prior to the beginning of class. This payment is credited to the cost of the session.

Payment Options:

  • Final Balance of $150 is due on the first day of class
  • OR arrange a payment plan of a deposit plus 2 payments
    • $150.00 due at registration
    • $100.00 due at class 10
    • $60.00 due at class 20
  • OR submit paperwork to Welfare if you qualify (see below)

Public Assistance

If you receive Public Assistance (Welfare), you will only need to pay the registration deposit fee of $150.00 (money order only), take the entrance exam and then submit your documents to Welfare for the balance. Welfare will give you a receipt and you must submit that receipt to us. – define us/how. You will also have to provide us with a copy of your welfare verification letter. If the Welfare check/payment is not received in a timely manner, you will be required to contact your Welfare worker for a letter proving they will pay or you are responsible for paying the balance.
