Grant Opportunity for ECE Providers
Esperanza College, with support from Vanguard Strong Start for Kids, is offering grants to STAR 1 & STAR 2 early childhood providers in select Philadelphia zip codes to help improve their Keystone STAR ratings. Awardees will receive bilingual technical assistance to support their growth.
Who can apply?
Early childhood centers, group care, and family childcare providers serving Latine and minority families.
